Placer, El Dorado counties and agencies sue PG&E over last year's Mosquito Fire

Agencies in El Dorado and Placer counties have sued Pacific Gas & Electric Co. over the Mosquito Fire, which burned 120 square miles last September and October in and around Foresthill and Georgetown.
