Toronto Laser Pigmentation Treatment Course, Dermatology Night School Updated

The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (647-247-2481) in Toronto has updated its medical aesthetician course schedule with a new hybrid learning structure, which allows students to complete most of their education after-hours, at night, or on their own schedule.

Laval, Canada - May 15, 2023

Students can now access updated online learning options for courses at the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy, which have been optimized to help students complete the majority of their certification at home when combined with in-person, hands-on training at the Dermysk Academy.

More information about the online courses, hands-on training, and course requirements can be found at https://dermysk.com/pages/academy

The updated training programs are available at several skill levels, including Basic, Advanced, and Master’s level courses for medical aesthetics, as well as specialty classes for injectable cosmetics. While each course has its own requirements, they all allow students to complete the academic portion of their training online, before beginning the practical training at the Dermysk Academy.

To enroll in the Basic course, students will require either a high school diploma or relevant job experience and graduation from the Basic program will act as a prerequisite for the Advanced course. Completion of the Basic course will allow students to begin working in the medical aesthetics industry immediately, with full certification to perform up to a dozen different procedures, such as micro-needling and laser hair pigmentation treatments. The Basic course also covers the science behind medical aesthetic treatments, how they work, and why they are effective.

Students of the Advanced course will learn more about the underlying physics and biology involved in popular treatments and will be able to upgrade their skills in several of the Basic treatments. The Advanced course also includes several new techniques, including Cool Sculpting, stem cell treatments, and laser gynecology.

While the Dermysk Academy offers a Master’s level course, students are not required to take the Basic or Advanced courses as a prerequisite. Instead, the updated Master’s level course includes everything covered in both the Basic and Advanced programs, as well as additional training exclusive to the Master’s level.

The Master’s level course, which includes 8 online learning modules and two weeks of hands-on training, allows students to fast-track their education and certification for even the most advanced techniques. Graduates will be fully certified and experienced in techniques such as vampire lifts, carbon peels, advanced acne care, and laser pigmentation treatments.

One satisfied graduate explained, “I really had a great experience doing my practical. I want to thank the instructor, Caitlin. She was very kind the moment I walked in… She makes you feel comfortable, and not pressured when learning the hands-on material.”
