CityDays Open Up Large Scavenger Hunt Games To The Public

CityDays plans to introduce large-scale scavenger hunts to the public for the first time ever, starting with one in London.

London, United Kingdom - June 23, 2023

CityDays has been a leading provider of fun outdoor game experiences for individuals across the world. The company made a name for itself with large city-wide scavenger hunts, where people split into teams and had to solve a range of puzzles and riddles. They were hugely popular with brands looking for exciting new corporate training days.

Now, CityDays is opening up these massive city-wide experiences to the public for the first time! It’s an enthralling development, with the first major-scale scavenger hunt happening in London this August. Anyone can book tickets to enter, meaning thousands of people could all be running around the streets of London playing a game at the same time!

A 2-Hour Race Across The City Of London

This impressive public scavenger hunt will begin on Sunday 6th August with the starting point at Piccadilly Circus. Teams will converge together to await further instructions. CityDays runs these fun experiences through a convenient mobile app. All puzzles and challenges will be sent via this application, forcing the teams to roam around London and reach the other end of the city in two hours.

A mystery prize is given to the winning team - which is the team that crosses the finish line first and completes all of the tasks with the most points. Players can expect a series of confounding riddles, unique architecture, fascinating historic sculptures, hilarious photo opportunities and a tour of London’s hidden gems.

The Perfect London Day Out

CityDays has constructed this huge scavenger hunt with a clear goal in mind. It’s the perfect blend of mobile game meets real-life entertainment. People can spend a couple of hours in London this August, taking in so many sights and scenes in such a short space of time. The game is designed to take players around areas and hidden passageways they’ve never encountered before.

Anyone can take part - it’s a fun game for tourists to try while also offering something unique for London locals to spice up their weekend. Teams can be made up of 2-5 people and children are able to play for free. A variety of hints are available via the app if teams need them, though this will cost points and send them falling down the leaderboard.

This is the first time CityDays has done something of this scale with members of the public. The London scavenger hunt is the first of many, and tickets are on sale now via the website
