On June 4, 2010, the Board of Directors of Doral Energy Corp. (the “Company”) appointed Brad Heidelberg as a director to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Paul C. Kirkitelos on March 31, 2010. For the past five years, Mr. Heidelberg has been a practicing attorney in Midland, Texas.
The Company does not yet have a compensation agreement with Mr. Heidelberg.
