Item 5.02  Departure of  Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

(b)     On April 9, 2010, bebe stores, inc. announced Barbara Wambach will retire from the Company as President of bebe Direct and bebe.com, effective June 4, 2010 (or earlier with Company consent).  Upon the occurence of a certain condition precedent, Ms Wambach will be given 180 days (in lieu of the Company’s standard 90-day period) within which to exercise her option grant(s) dated February 17, 2004.
