On September 22, 2005, we reached an agreement with Advance Publications Inc. to terminate the Birmingham joint operating agreement and cease publication of our Birmingham Post-Herald newspaper. The Birmingham Post-Herald will publish its final edition on Friday, September 23, 2005.
