PART III — NARRATIVE

State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Spot Mobile International Ltd., formerly known as Rapid Link, Incorporated (the “Company”) is filing this report for a 5-day extension for filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended April 30, 2010. The Company was unable to file its Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period given the transactions out of the ordinary course of business that occurred during the quarter, as well as recent subsequent events, and, as a result, required additional time to prepare and review its financial statements, including the notes thereto for the quarter ended April 30, 2010. Such delay could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company intends to file its Form 10-Q on or before the extended deadline of June 21, 2010.

Revenue for the three months ended April 30, 2010, was approximately $4.4 million, compared to revenue of approximately $5.8 million for the three months ended April 30, 2009. Net loss for the three months ended April 30, 2010, was approximately $576,000, compared to a net loss of approximately $168,700, for the three months ended April 30, 2009.
