Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On February 12, 2014, ING U.S., Inc. (“ING U.S.”) reported its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release containing this information is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
