AUTHORITIES HAVE INITIATED AN
INVESTIGATION
IN CEMEX´S OFFICES IN GERMANY AND THE
UK
MONTERREY, MEXICO. November 04,
2008.- CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: CX) confirmed today that
European Union Competition Authority representatives have conducted a search in
CEMEX’s offices in Germany and the United Kingdom.

information and producing the requested testimonies.
