Item 2.02
On March 16, 2016 Butler National Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter fiscal year 2016 for the period ending January 31, 2016.  Butler National Corporation will have a conference call on March 21, 2016 to discuss the results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
