Flow International Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release dated August 29, 2012 reporting results for the Company's fiscal year 2013 first quarter. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time).
