of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain
Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective
October 1, 2007,
Steven A. Rogers was elected to the Board of Directors of Virginia
Electric and Power Company (the “Company”) and David A. Christian was elected
President and Chief Nuclear Officer of the Company. Since April,
2000, Mr. Christian, age 53, has served as Senior Vice President – Nuclear
Operations and Chief Nuclear Officer of the Company.
Also,
effective October 1, 2007, Paul D. Koonce resigned as President and Chief
Operating Officer – Energy and Gary L. Sypolt resigned as President and Chief
Operating Officer – Transmission.
