Filing of Monthly Operating Report for the Month Ended July 31, 2008 with the United States
Trustee
On August 15, 2008, Fremont General Corporation (the “Company”) filed its monthly operating report
for the month ended July 31, 2008 (the “July Monthly Operating Report”), with the United States
Trustee for the Central District of California, Santa Ana Division (the “United States Trustee”).
