Item 5. Other Events.
Effective as of April 12, 2004, Technical Olympic USA, Inc. (the Company) amended its revolving credit facility to, among other things, increase the amount that it is permitted to borrow to the lesser of (i) $350.0 million or (ii) the Companys borrowing base (calculated in accordance with the revolving credit facility agreement) minus the Companys outstanding senior debt. In addition, the amendment to the revolving credit facility increased the letter of credit sub-facility provided under the revolving credit facility from $125.0 million to $175.0 million.
