NEO Exchange CEO, Jos Schmitt Discusses New Canadian SPAC, G-Corp On The AlphaShow

Jos Schmitt, CEO of NEO Exchange in Canada, recently on the AlphaShow hosted by Dr. Bak Nguyen to talk about the new Canadian “SPAC” called the Growth Acquisition Corporation (“G-Corp”). The aim of the publicly traded acquisition corporation, which was launched in April this year, is to help gap the financing of Mid-Size Growth Companies. According to the Exchange boss, this promises to change the entrepreneurial and financing landscape. With more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry (both internationally and in Canada), Jos Schmitt is changing the stock exchange game in Canada with NEO, making it a level ground for all interested parties.
