With more than 20 years in the industry, Rausch plans to use his experience to accelerate enrollment growth and increase member retention through integrated marketing strategies and targeted marketing campaigns for the company’s numerous brands. IDIQ offers the IdentityIQ® and MyScoreIQ® brands for credit report and identity theft monitoring and the DataBreachIQ® brand for business data breach preparation and response support.

"It's an honor to join the IDIQ team," Rausch said. "My primary goal is to make IDIQ and our brands trusted, household names. The company is well-positioned to seize market opportunities that are in front of us today, and to be among only a handful of truly premier credit monitoring and identity theft protection companies."

Before joining the IDIQ leadership team, Rausch held several pivotal positions within multiple industries, including retail and e-commerce, automotive, technology-software/SaaS, advertising, consumer electronics and financial services. His experience includes notable companies such as Guitar Center, CoreLogic, Advance Auto Parts and Best Buy. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Scott Hermann, CEO and co-owner of IDIQ, said Rausch’s strong leadership experience is going to be key in promoting and growing the company.

"Robert is the right marketing leader for IDIQ," Hermann said. "His extensive industry background and business skills will help IDIQ strengthen our brand and expand our presence.”

Rausch joins IDIQ as the company continues to rapidly grow. This spring, IDIQ hired credit industry veteran John Bauer as chief revenue officer. In the past year, the company has hired 125 employees during the pandemic to meet increased consumer demand for credit report and identity theft monitoring.

IDIQ is one of the fastest-growing companies in America, earning a spot on the prestigious Inc. 5000 List that also has featured Microsoft, Patagonia, Intuit and Under Armour as previous list honorees.
