The new F45 Athletes will be featured in F45TV content, on social media, at events and in studios across select regions.

The athletes hail from all over the world, with one common mission towards bringing the world's best workout to all studios globally and inviting new members into the F45 community. The newest F45 Athletes as well as the region in which they’re based, include:

“After being part of the F45 family for six years as a coach, it’s a privilege to join the ranks as an F45 Athlete, allowing me to connect with people from all over and help them reach their full potential. As a former college hockey player and recent cancer survivor, I have experienced my share of setbacks and curve balls due to surgeries and chemotherapy,” said Nic Wilson, F45 Athlete. “But what these experiences have gifted me are the ability and knowledge to help others overcome any physical, mental or emotional hardships in reaching any goals in the most patient and supportive way possible.”

The newest additions complement existing F45 Athletes part of F45 Training, rated the No. 1 gym chain in the U.S. by Men's Journal, who continue to make impact and consist of Olympic athlete Morgan Mitchell, adaptive athlete Noah Galloway and recovery expert Cristina Chan.

“We are proud to induct ten new F45 Athletes into pivotal new roles. These athletes have already made considerable impact within the F45 community and will now have an even larger, worldwide platform to continue supporting the organization and making a much larger impact,” said Tom Dowd, CEO of F45 Training. “The group’s passion for F45’s exercise methodology will support our studio trainers and the franchise operators. Regardless of fitness level, we encourage everyone to try out our amazing classes and experience how F45 will help anyone achieve their health and wellness goals.”

F45 workouts combine elements of functional workouts and high intensity interval training (HIIT), with members able to complete each of the workouts at their own pace.
