Pega’s Judy Buchholz Recognized as 2024 CRN ® Channel Chief

Honor reflects her leadership in evolving the Pega Partner program to focus on partner growth and health

Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the leading enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation platform provider, today announced that Judy Buchholz, senior vice president of global partner ecosystem at Pega, has been named to the 2024 CRN® Channel Chiefs list by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, for the second consecutive year. This annual list recognizes the IT vendor and distribution executives who are driving strategy and setting the channel agenda for their companies.

Under Buchholz’s leadership, the Pega Partner program has continued to grow and evolve over the last year. Recently introduced enhancements bring a fresh approach to managing partner programs by helping partners grow their Pega skills and achieve success with each individual client, as opposed to focusing primarily on sales targets. Pega also introduced new Partner Specializations for various industries to help clients find the right partners to fit their needs, while its Pega Marketplace continues to expand with more than 200 verified accelerator and connector offerings.

The Pega Partners program is the basis of the relationship between Pega and the partner ecosystem. The program, grounded in Pega's client-first approach and oriented toward mutual investment and success, is built upon the foundation of the partners' service practice achievements, selling capabilities, and solution offerings. It provides incremental opportunities for growth and differentiation, rewarding demonstrated expertise in Pega technologies and focus industries.

Quotes & Commentary:

“This recognition reflects the differentiated approach that Pega is taking with our program – one that relentlessly focuses on the health and growth of our partners and their clients,” said Buchholz. “We believe we have set a new standard for supporting our thriving ecosystem, which is helping some of the most vital companies in the world accelerate their digital agendas. Being named to CRN’s Channel Chiefs list is an acknowledgement of our whole team’s accomplishments as we continue to redefine what success means to our trusted partners.”

“These channel evangelists are dedicated to supporting solution providers and achieving growth by implementing robust partner programs and unique business strategies,” said Jennifer Follett, VP, US content, and executive editor, CRN, at The Channel Company. “Their efforts are instrumental in helping partners bring essential solutions to market. The Channel Company is pleased to acknowledge these prominent channel leaders and looks forward to chronicling their achievements throughout the year.”
