University of Phoenix College of Doctoral Studies will hold its virtual annual research event, Knowledge Without Boundaries Summit, on October 17-19, 2024, “Rise of the Scholar-Practitioner.” The summit is intended to serve as a dynamic forum for research, while also exploring the innovative possibilities for advancing the value prospects amongst industry practices, scholar-practitioner engagement, and ever-evolving research concerning pivotal societal issues.
“In today's rapidly evolving workforce landscape, the role of the scholar-practitioner has never been more crucial,” states Hinrich Eylers, Ph.D., P.E., vice provost, College of Doctoral Studies at University of Phoenix. “The Knowledge Without Boundaries Summit demonstrates our commitment to fostering a culture where academic excellence meets practical application across all disciplines, and we invite our scholars, practitioners, educators, and industry professionals to join us in exploring innovative approaches, effective practices, and cutting-edge research and scholarship relevant to the academy and beyond.”
The Summit is an effort of the Research and Scholarship Enterprise (RSE) and the College of Doctoral Studies to enlighten communities through the efforts of a research perspective that amplifies practice-based potential in applying theory to real-time issues.
