London Organic Thai Arabica Coffee Roasted Whole Beans & Ground: UK Launch

Coffee Culture’s whole beans and ground coffee products from Thailand that support the rehabilitation of elephants are now available in London.

The supplier of quality Thai coffee, Coffee Culture, recently announced its UK launch, offering beans and ground coffee grown organically in the hills of Northern Thailand. Coffee lovers of London can now try the unique taste of Thai coffee, characterised by the infusion of spices and brewing techniques that give it a rich, aromatic flavor.

In 2020, Brazil, the biggest coffee-producing country, produced 37,4% of the world’s coffee, whereas Thailand only accounted for 0,4% of the global coffee production, according to the World Economic Forum. By introducing Thai coffee to the UK, Coffee Culture wants to bring new, exciting taste experiences to coffee enthusiasts.

“With each passing day, Thai coffee farmers and producers are pushing the boundaries of traditional coffee cultivation, offering coffee enthusiasts an ever-expanding selection of unique and flavorful beans to savor and enjoy,” a company spokesperson said.

Thailand’s coffee production dates back to the 19th century when it was decided to incorporate coffee to diversify the country’s economic reliance on rice under the rule of King Rama V. The northern provinces Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai became the biggest producers and still are to this date, as the climate is perfect for growing the beans.

Thai coffee has a reputation for being bitter as the country historically has focused on Robusta beans mainly. In recent years, the demand for Arabica beans has caused farmers to shift.

Coffee Culture provides solutions for cafés, restaurants, retailers, and event organisers that want to give guests an interesting coffee choice. For example, drip coffee bags are suitable for hotel rooms with a white-labeling option.

A best-seller is a 100% Arabica from Khun Chang Khian in Chiang Mai that is organically grown and has a full-bodied, smooth, chocolatey taste.

The company also offers sample boxes for those who want to try Thai coffee at home. Shoppers can choose from different types, including whole beans, French press and Espresso ground, and cold brew. The box contains three 250 g bags of coffee chosen based on every customer’s preference, as well as six double-shot coffee drip bags.

10% of every purchase goes directly to Unchained Elephants, an organization working to rescue elephants from inhumane conditions and rehabilitate them.
