As a plant-based French bistro, the sommelier and head chef at Delice & Sarrasin have worked together to select unique vegan wines from some of France’s most acclaimed organic boutique wineries. They have sourced wines from historic family growers in the popular Bordeaux region, as well as from Provence, Alsace, Bourgogne and Cotes du Rhones.
Whether a diner is seeking a full-bodied red, a vibrant white, a rich rosé, or an authentic champagne from the Champagne region, Delice & Sarrasin believes they can offer a well-curated selection. The waitstaff at the French bistro can also now offer patrons pairing recommendations based on the dishes and flavor palates they prefer.
