Downtown NYC Plant-Based Restaurant Announces Organic French Vegan Wine Menu

Delice & Sarrasin (212-243-7200), a popular plant-based French restaurant in downtown NYC, has announced that they have a new vegan wine menu, including a pairing menu.

The Parisian-style French vegan bistro is pleased to have become a source of innovation in NYC’s plant-based culinary scene and with their new vegan wine menu, they hope to offer their guests a more high-end and complete gourmet food experience.

More information is available at https://delicesarrasin.com/

As a plant-based French bistro, the sommelier and head chef at Delice & Sarrasin have worked together to select unique vegan wines from some of France’s most acclaimed organic boutique wineries. They have sourced wines from historic family growers in the popular Bordeaux region, as well as from Provence, Alsace, Bourgogne and Cotes du Rhones.

Whether a diner is seeking a full-bodied red, a vibrant white, a rich rosé, or an authentic champagne from the Champagne region, Delice & Sarrasin believes they can offer a well-curated selection. The waitstaff at the French bistro can also now offer patrons pairing recommendations based on the dishes and flavor palates they prefer.

Many of the new vegan wines now on offer at the restaurant are available by the glass, with more high-end choices available only by the bottle.

All their new wines are certified 100% vegan, meaning no animal-derived products like egg whites or gelatin have been used in the refinement and clarification process.

Sober curious patrons are also invited to try the high-end plant-based restaurant’s selection of natural sparkling drinks including their homemade cola which is made from kola nuts, cloves, coriander, nutmeg, lemon, lime and agave. Their new organic Natural Sparkling Hibiscus Ginger, Natural Sparkling Grapefruit and Elderflower Tonic are also popular choices.

Delice & Sarrasin also has an extensive coffee list for those patrons who want to enjoy a more European-style after-dinner demitasse, with the iconic French Cafe Au Lait on offer, with plant-based milks like almond, cashew, oat and soy available, as well as specialty espressos.

Delice & Sarrasin has drawn significant acclaim for the innovative way they reimagine French classics using completely plant-based ingredients and for their upscale ambiance.

A spokesperson for the restaurant said, “Nestled in a cozy corner, Delice & Sarrasin invites you to embark on a culinary adventure where traditional French recipes are reimagined with a vegan twist. Our head chef meticulously crafts each dish, ensuring that no compromise is made when it comes to taste, texture, or presentation.”
