Strategic Partnership Between Sphynx Lab Limited and PT Digital Syariah Technology Brings Blockchain Technology to Surabaya and Probolinggo

Surabaya, Indonesia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 27, 2024) - PT Digital Syariah Technology (DST) - Surabaya, led by CEO H. Hambali, has officially entered into a strategic partnership with Sphynx Lab Limited - New Zealand, headed by CEO Zaidoun Al-Owbydi. This collaboration aims to promote the adoption of blockchain technology in Indonesia, starting with a series of visits and seminars at renowned universities in East Java.

As part of this initiative, Mr. Zaidoun Al-Owbydi, along with Mr. Khalifa AlJaziri AlShehhi, CEO of Sharia Digital Technologies FZ LLC - Dubai, visited Universitas Airlangga, the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), and Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong. They shared insights on the future of blockchain and its potential to revolutionize various sectors, particularly in Indonesia.

The highlight of the visit was the International Seminar held at Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong in Probolinggo, which was attended by over 200 participants. During the seminar, Mr. Zaidoun and Mr. Khalifa discussed how blockchain can be applied to enhance transparency, efficiency, and security across multiple industries, including Islamic finance and digital education.

The event, organized by the Indonesia Blockchain Center and Dubai Blockchain Center, featured an innovative approach, where participants received certificates in the form of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), serving as blockchain-based proof of attendance and participation. These NFTs were minted by Sphynx Lab Limited as part of their support for the seminar.

This collaboration marks the beginning of major projects between PT Digital Syariah Technology and Sphynx Lab Limited in Indonesia and demonstrates both parties' strong commitment to introducing and developing blockchain solutions that are secure, transparent, and aligned with Shariah principles.
