Founded in 1998, Solutions 4 IT has grown from a small startup into a well recognised and respected managed IT provider, known for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and technological advancement. Over the years, the company has achieved numerous milestones, including our move to being solar-powered!
Case Study:
Solutions 4 IT has worked with many businesses and organisations over their 25 years of operation. An example would be their work for Worcester Cathedral. Due to the age and nature of the building structure, this was a unique challenge to tackle, as modern technology in a cathedral is a large contrast to that of an office building.
Certain departments of the Cathedral’s network were not running in conjunction, and the technology they used had performance issues due to how old it was. However, Solutions 4 IT methodically addressed each area of improvement over time. After 6 years, Solutions 4 IT is now the Cathedral’s Core Service Provider in IT, and still strives for ways to give them new innovative solutions, as technology advances.
Key Milestones Over 25 Years:
- 1998 – Solution 4 IT Established
- 2001 – Mathew Horan and Andy Fletcher join forces
- 2007 - Awarded “Young entrepreneurs of the year” at the Black Country Chamber Annual Banquet and Business Championships.
- 2011- Solutions 4 IT become Microsoft Silver Partners
- 2016- Solutions 4 IT become Cyber Essentials Auditors
- 2018 – Awarded ISO27001
