U.S. Treasury yields head higher Friday morning, with investors awaiting the final speech of the month from Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell ahead of the central bank's policy meeting on Nov. 2-3 when it is widely expected to announce the process of reducing its bond purchases.
