Mike Whiteside, Robert Kulp and Tay Whiteside Talk Trash & Treasure With Stars of the Salvage, Maker and Creator Worlds
ROANOKE, Va. - Feb. 1, 2022 - PRLog -- The stars of the hit DIY Network show "Salvage Dawgs" are back entertaining audiences with an all-new podcast premiering the first two episodes Tuesday, February 1st (5am EST). Known for their humorous, family-friendly banter, and passion for saving architectural history from the landfill, Black Dog Salvage's Mike Whiteside, Robert Kulp, and Tay Whiteside talk with leading experts, celebrities, and personalities about the Architectural Salvage, Maker and Creator worlds.
Their fun-loving personalities are on full display as they chat with guests and share a weekly "Top Tip" to turn trash at home into treasure. Each podcast episode will also go behind-the-scenes of a "Salvage Dawgs" episode, sharing details (and hilarity) the cameras missed.  Rest assured…after filming eleven seasons of reality television, they have some great stories to tell!
"Our salvage projects have introduced us to some of the most interesting people in the maker and creator world," said Robert Kulp. "It's great to share those experiences to an expanded podcast audience," he added.
In the premiere of the Black Dog Salvage Podcast, the boys chat with Rutledge Wood, auto racing analyst, TV host for NBC Sports NASCAR coverage, host of Netflix's "Hyperdrive", and one of the hosts of "Top Gear" and "Lost in Transmission". Rutledge is a fellow gearhead, entertaining storyteller, avid foodie, and self-proclaimed superfan of "Salvage Dawgs".
In the second premiere episode, the boys chat with Steve Thomas, Emmy award-winning host of "This Old House", who shares the Dawg's love of history, building and adventure.
"It is so great working with Tay and sharing his creative vision for turning old relics into re-purposed treasures you can design a space around," said Mike Whiteside. "The podcast is just another way we can share these important trades with a new generation," he continued.
