Reebok owner Authentic Brands will acquire British fashion brand in $254M all-cash deal

Authentic Brands Group, the owner of Boston-based shoe giant Reebok, has struck a deal to acquire British fashion brand Ted Baker London for approximately 211 million pounds, or around $254 million, in an all-cash offer.
