BT stock sees worst day in two years as U.K. telecom flags rising costs

While normally a push to trim costs gets rewarded by investors, the stock sank even as BT announced its saving target would be boosted to £3 billion ($3.35 billion) by end-fiscal 2025 from £2.5 billion ($2.79 billion).
