The additions to the CareLink360 Advisory Board are well-respected senior executives and leaders with deep experience in the health, wellness and non-profit industry segments. Through customer-facing and business-to-business companies they will assist CareLink360 in building out and scaling their global health and wellness solutions and eco-system for aging adults, caregivers, families, healthcare professionals and extended care-teams.

Michelle Oates has spent 40 years building the “Hope for Children Research Foundation”, supporting Pediatric Neuro and Cancer Research at Columbia University, New York City Laboratory (Colleen Giblin Research Laboratory) which opened in 1985. She is currently the President of the Board of Trustees and Board of Advisors, networking with corporations, professional athletes, teams, media and philanthropists to progress the mission.
Michelle is past President of the Board of the Academy of Music Symphony Orchestra in New York, promoting live classical music. Michael is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing leader credited with generating billions in sales and driving revenue growth for businesses from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
He played a pivotal role in the marketing success of iconic products like the Snuggie and ShamWow, and co-founded the viral hit Shittens, the mitten-shaped wet wipe sensation.
